Our Staff

Strong relationships sit at the heart of Polam. Children are supported by consistent, familiar adults who understand their needs, interests and personalities, helping them feel safe, settled and ready to thrive.

Parents are encouraged to stay closely connected with their child’s learning. Families are provided with direct email access to their child’s teacher, allowing questions, updates and conversations to be shared easily and appropriately. Formal parents’ evenings are held throughout the year, from Nursery through to Year 2, ensuring regular opportunities to reflect on progress and next steps together.

The Headteacher is a visible presence at morning drop-off, greeting families and children and helping each day begin with a sense of warmth and familiarity. Alongside the wider team, this creates a school community where communication feels personal, thoughtful and well supported.
