Our Wraparound Care provides flexible, reliable support for busy families, with children cared for by the same familiar staff in a relaxed, nurturing environment.

Exceptional care before and after school

At Polam School, we know that family life doesn’t always fit neatly around the school day. Our wraparound care is designed to support working families while providing children with a calm, familiar, and nurturing extension of their school experience.

Wraparound care takes place before and after the school day during term time, led by trusted Polam staff and rooted in the same values, routines, and relationships that children experience in the classroom. Sessions are relaxed and purposeful, giving children time to settle into the day or unwind afterwards through play, quiet activities, and social time with friends.

During term time, wraparound care is available from 7:30am to 6:00pm (we finish at 4pm on the last day of each half term). Outside of term time, Polam remains open for 48 weeks of the year through our Holiday Club provision, which operates with slightly different hours and structure.

Families looking for care outside of term time are encouraged to visit our Holiday Club page, where you’ll find full details of holiday dates, age groups, activities, and booking information. Bookings for wraparound care are managed through our online platform ParentPay for current parents.

Flexible Care

Wraparound Care at Polam

Polam offers flexible, bookable wraparound care to support families before and after the school day. Our Breakfast and After School Clubs provide a safe, familiar, and welcoming environment where children can settle into the day or relax and unwind afterwards.

All wraparound care takes place during term time, led by trusted Polam staff and aligned with the routines, values, and care children experience throughout the school day

Wraparound Care

Our wraparound care offers flexible, reliable support for families who need extended hours beyond the school day. Sessions are designed to feel relaxed and familiar, giving children time to settle, play, and enjoy a light meal in a safe, nurturing environment.

Wraparound care is available before and after the school day, with options to suit both nursery and school-age children. All sessions are staffed by familiar members of the Polam team, helping children feel comfortable and secure.

After School Club (Nursery) - 4pm to 5:30pm£4.25 per 30mins (Includes a light tea after 4:30pm)
After School Club (School) - 3:30pm to 5:30pm£4.25 per 30mins (Includes a light tea after 4:30pm)
After School Club (All Children) - 5:30pm to 6pm£6 per 30mins - a fee of £5 per 5 minutes is charged for late collections
